Revnio provides an automated revenue recovery platform that integrates with Stripe to help businesses recover failed payments, reduce involuntary churn, and retain customers through automated workflows.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Register for an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Have authority to connect the associated Stripe account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Stripe Integration

By connecting your Stripe account to Revnio, you:

• Authorize us to access necessary Stripe data
• Confirm you have authority to connect the Stripe account
• Agree to Stripe's terms of service
• Understand that Stripe fees are separate from Revnio fees

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Pricing

Our subscription plans and pricing are available on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing customers.

5.2 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

5.3 Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. See our Refund Policy for complete details on refunds and cancellations.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service

We do not guarantee any specific recovery rates or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on many factors including your business, customers, and configuration.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVNIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Revnio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
